We are looking to add another member to our Database team!
Position will proactively look to add top talent to the FTS internal candidate CRM database across every recruiting Division in the company.
You will be working hand-in-hand with our Database Manager and Divisional leadership with an emphasis in exceeding our database-driven company-wide goals with a primary goal of optimizing our internal database for future recruiting needs.
- Interviewing a high-volume, diverse amount of candidates across North America
- Creating, meeting, exceeding passive-recruiting goals with appropriate team leaders
- Qualifying candidates across all spectrums
- Operating heavily within our company-wide CRM system
- Sufficiently filling out each and every candidate submission within CRM system
- Assisting in ‘overload recruiting’ across company
